Live in companion for single elderly lady

Seeking patient, kind and gentle companion for elderly lady who is mobile and independent, but forgetful due to dementia. Help to ensure medication is taken on time, and supervising daily household routines (general reminders to keep doors locked, lights off, cooker off and act as shopping/errands/church companion). Light cleaning only, no cooking required, help to feed dogs and laundry. No gardening work required. Food, wifi and basics provided. Own room. One off day per week. Additional requests, please feel free to bring up for discussion.Current helper of 6 years leaving for home in August, and if possible, new companion should be able to start by September.
