Me and my mum need helper to cook, clean and elder care

My mum is 80years old - she can still walk a little with her walker, going to the toilet and bath by herself.   She cannot speak English, if helper knows a bit of cantonese will be very helpful.  She needs helper to prepare & cook food, cut fruits, apply moisturizer, measure blood pressure, keep an eye on her while she is alone at home.

My sister is a teacher, she is very busy with school and church activities.  Hence, she needs a helper to do housework - cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, carwash.  Every week, together with the helper, they will do grocery shopping.

They are living in a double storey teres house, there 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets.  So the helper has her own bedroom and toilet.

The helper will follow my mum when she goes to church ( occasionally ), and for doctor's appointments.

Helper gets 1 day off every week - fixed on Sun.  If we need Helper to work on Sun, either we pay RM70 or get a replacement off day - helper's choice.
