Punjabi family looking for elderly Grandma and house

Grandma is 94 years old living with grandchild (female). Grandma is energetic however not mobile (Using wheelchair/commode). She has a broken arm but is managable now with arm splint and sling. 

• Managing and helping with lifting and seating grandma onto commode. Bed to couch OR couch to commode then toilet. 
• Cooking fresh meals - Punjabi cuisine (Roti, veggies). We are open to teaching. 
• Daily housework and overall housekeeping - 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom (Terrace house in peaceful neighbourhood). 
• Giving the respective medication to grandma on daily basis. 
• Feeding dog and cleaning (old dog, friendly and not very active).
