Western family looking for babycare and house works

FULL-TIME LIVE-IN HOUSE MANAGER & MOTHER’S HELPER

Cyberjaya, Malaysia | Starting November 2026 | 5–6 months

We are looking for a kind, trustworthy, proactive, and experienced live-in House Manager & Mother’s Helper to join our small family in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, for approximately 5–6 months.

Most of the time, it will be just me and my son, Marko, at home. I am Marko’s primary caregiver, and I am looking for someone who can help keep our home running smoothly while also providing childcare whenever I need to attend work meetings, exercise, run errands, or have some personal time.

We live in a modern 120 m² apartment. This is a live-in position, and you will have your own private bedroom.

Main Responsibilities

Household Management

• Daily cleaning and maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized home• Laundry, ironing, folding, and organizing clothes• Changing bed linen and towels• Organizing wardrobes, cupboards, and household items• Keeping the kitchen and bathrooms clean• Managing household supplies and grocery shopping• Keeping the home well organized and running efficiently

Healthy Food Preparation

• Preparing healthy breakfasts• Making fresh juices and smoothies• Preparing fresh fruit and vegetable snacks• Making simple, healthy salads and light meals• Planning grocery shopping and ensuring fresh ingredients are available• Preparing simple, healthy meals for Marko

Childcare When Needed

• Caring for Marko while I attend work meetings, appointments, exercise, or run errands• Playing with him and supporting his learning and development• Taking him for walks and outdoor activities• Assisting with feeding, naps, and bedtime routines• Preparing Marko’s bag and everything he needs for classes, activities, and outings• Keeping his clothes, toys, and supplies clean, organized, and ready for daily use• Helping during family travel when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience working with babies/young children and private families• Excellent housekeeping and organizational skills• Ability to prepare simple, fresh, and healthy food• Good English communication skills• Kind, patient, proactive, responsible, and trustworthy• Non-smoker• First aid training is an advantage• Excellent and verifiable references from previous employers

Driving is not required.
