Hiring Newborn Nanny

We're a Chinese couple having our first baby and would like to find someone who loves children and has experience looking after newborn from 3 months onwards. Dad is a traveler and mom is working full time with flexible arrangement. We currently have another helper that does the housework and cooking. So you will be full time looking after the baby. Flexible start time during or before December.
