Housemaid and nanny

Searching for housemaid with experience in housekeeping and babysitting. We have 1 daughter 5 y.o.

Good English is a MUST, because housemaid/nanny need to communicate with our daughter.

Housekeeping responsibilities: cleaning, washing clothes, ironing, sometimes helping me cook (chop vegetables).

A potential housemaid should be able to learn the way we want our house to be cleaned. Ability to listen and to learn are highly appreciated.

Preffered nationality: Fillipina lady.

Position is live-in. There is sepaeate room and separate kitchen for housemaid.

Salary is to be discussed with each candidate individually.
