Full-Time Domestic Helper & Caregiver – Family Position

We are a warm and welcoming Saudi family consisting of a father, mother, and three lovely daughters, aged between 16 and 20. One of our daughters, Deena, is a twin and has special needs. She uses a wheelchair and has cognitive and motor developmental delays.

Deena holds a very special place in our hearts, and we are looking for someone who is kind, patient, compassionate, and trustworthy to join our family and support her daily needs.

About Deena and Her Care

Deena attends school every day from approximately 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

She requires assistance with most of her daily personal care. She is unable to use the bathroom independently and cannot eat by herself, so the person caring for her will need to assist her with these activities when I am not available.

After Deena returns from school, you will spend time with her, provide companionship, assist her with eating and using the bathroom, and make sure she is comfortable and safe while I am busy with work, household responsibilities, or other commitments.

When I am at home, we will work together as a team. I will support Deena whenever possible, especially when you need to focus on household tasks. You will not be expected to manage everything on your own. Our goal is to support one another and work together as a family.

Household Responsibilities

In addition to caring for Deena, the position includes general household responsibilities such as:

• Housekeeping and maintaining a clean and organized home
• Laundry and general household organization
• Cooking and preparing healthy family meals
• Baking
• Caring for our beloved cat
• Helping with other reasonable household tasks as needed

Household responsibilities will be arranged according to the family’s needs. When Deena requires your attention, her care will always be the priority. While Deena is at school, or when I am available to support her, you can focus more on household responsibilities.

The Person We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• Kind, patient, compassionate, and genuinely caring
• Experienced in caring for individuals with special needs, preferably with previous hands-on experience
• Comfortable assisting with feeding and bathroom needs
• Responsible, trustworthy, and dependable
• Skilled in housekeeping and cooking
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Able to speak Arabic is a strong advantage
• Familiar with basic first aid
• Comfortable caring for cats
• Willing to become part of a respectful, supportive, and cooperative family environment

Assistance during the night is rarely required. Our main need is during the day, especially after Deena returns from school.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who understands the importance of teamwork. We will treat you with respect, kindness, and appreciation, and in return, we hope to find someone who will care for Deena with patience, affection, and genuine care while helping us maintain a happy, comfortable, and well-organized home.
