A signle man looking for a male cook and houskeeper

I'm a single man living by myself looking for a male housekeeper who can do all housekeeping affairs (cleaning, laundry, grocery, ...etc.), cooking, and doing any other errands. 

The housekeeper must have previous experience, and must speak English. 

Cooking can be for healthy meals, Arabic food, or other cuisines.

The housekeeper will have a separate room by himself.

Currently I don't have a pet, but I might have a cat soon.

Driving license is good to have, but not mandatory.
