All-Around Housekeeper with Cooking & Nanny Duties

We are a warm, active family in Riyadh with young children who attend school or daycare during the day. The mother is closely involved in their care and overall household management. We employ two full-time helpers. This role is for the primary helper, who will take the lead on day-to-day responsibilities, including kitchen management and meal preparation, maintaining home organization, and part-time childcare. The second helper will handle most of the cleaning and provide support as needed. 

The primary helper will manage kitchen and food-related tasks such as planning weekly menus and grocery lists, keeping track of pantry inventory and expiry dates, preparing meals (with initial guidance), following recipes accurately, and handling raw meat with proper food safety practices. Housekeeping duties include keeping the home tidy and organized, and doing light cleaning as needed—while the second helper takes care of most of the deeper cleaning. Part-time childcare duties include helping with after-school care, snacks, homework, and hygiene; accompanying the children to extracurricular activities (with a driver); and occasionally babysitting in the evening.
