All-Around Housekeeper (Cooking + Childcare) – Riyadh

We are a respectful, organized family in Riyadh looking for a dependable and detail-oriented helper to join our home long-term. This is a structured and supportive environment where roles are clearly defined, and you will work alongside a second helper, so responsibilities are shared and manageable. You will take a lead role in kitchen management, daily organization, and part-time childcare, with clear routines and guidance provided.

Requirements

• Some university education (not necessarily a degree)

• Strong English (spoken & written)

• Organized, efficient, and able to follow instructions

• Honest, punctual, and reliable

• Kind and patient with children

• No phone use during work hours

Responsibilities

• Plan menus, manage groceries/pantry, and prepare and cook meals

• Maintain tidy, organized home; assist with daily cleaning and upkeep alongside co-helper

• Assist with after-school care, snacks, hygiene, and occasional evening babysitting

Work Conditions

• Up to 12-hour shifts

• 1 day off per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 2,250–2,750 SAR ($600–$730 USD)

• Paid live-out accommodation in a clean, shared apartment (rent and utilities covered)

• Paid transportation to/from work

• Monthly food allowance

• Meals provided during working hours

• Quarterly care package (toiletries and home essentials)

• 2-month paid vacation after first 2-year contract (with round-trip airfare)

• 1-month annual paid vacation thereafter (with airfare)
