CHILDCARE & EDUCATION SPECIALIST and HOUSEMAID

📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Full-Time Position

A Saudi family in Riyadh is seeking a professional, educated, caring, and highly responsible female Private Governess / Childcare & Education Specialist to take full responsibility for the daily care, education, development, and well-being of two school-age girls (6 and 9 years old).

We are looking for someone intelligent, proactive, organized, and experienced in managing children's needs, from their morning routine and schoolwork to extracurricular activities and bedtime.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🎓 Education & Academic Development

- Tutor and supervise homework, lessons, and school assignments.

- Monitor academic progress and ensure the children understand their lessons.

- Coordinate school requirements, projects, and upcoming activities.

- Encourage reading, learning, creativity, and educational development.

- Help build good study habits, discipline, and independence.

👧 Daily Care & Personal Development

- Manage the children's morning routine, including waking up, breakfast, dressing, and school preparation.

- Ensure their meals, personal hygiene, clothing, and daily needs are properly managed.

- Organize their bedrooms, school supplies, uniforms, and personal belongings.

- Supervise their after-school routine, dinner, and bedtime.

- Promote good manners, positive behavior, confidence, and emotional development.

🎨 After-School Activities & Lifestyle

- Plan and coordinate extracurricular activities, including sports, gym, hobbies, and educational programs.

- Accompany and supervise the children during activities and outings.

- Organize creative, recreational, and age-appropriate activities.

- Maintain a balanced daily schedule between studying, physical activities, relaxation, and family time.

🏠 Children's Overall Organization

- Take ownership of the children's daily schedules and requirements.

- Ensure their clothing, school uniforms, and belongings are clean, organized, and ready.

- Coordinate with parents and other household staff when necessary.

- Maintain a safe, healthy, structured, and nurturing environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Well-educated; university degree preferred, ideally in education, child development, or a related field.

- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Previous experience as a Private Governess, Teacher, Tutor, or Childcare & Education Specialist.

- Strong ability to tutor and support primary-school children academically.

- Intelligent, proactive, patient, caring, and highly organized.

- Good understanding of children's emotional, social, and educational development.

- Able to independently manage the children's daily routines and responsibilities.

- Trustworthy, reliable, and committed to a long-term position.

- Comfortable supporting children as they grow older.
