Cooking and cleaning help with kids

As I am busy with work for whole day at hospital I would like a housemaid to help look after my kids. I have 3 kids the oldest girl is 15, the second oldest is a 12 year old boy, and the last is a 1 year old girl. I want someone who cooks for my kids and cleans the house, preferably someone who graduated university  if possible to help with my kid’s school studies, speak perfectly English. important for me honest and trustable and can trust her when i travel to stay with kids and looking after home

we are travel a lot so, she will get free time a lot of the year also we go visiting our family so she will have free time always
