Decent People Needing Help

Hello,

We are a half-Saudi couple looking for an honest and serious female domestic helper. A housekeeper to run the household with ample experience. We aren't your usual employers as we both work full time and expect you to take responsibility of the house. In return, we invest in developing your skills, making sure that when you leave you've gained experience as well as our recommendations to support your future career. In exchange, we expect honesty, trustworthiness, and transparency. Please do not apply or reach out if you are tardy, inconsistent, not interested in a serious role, cannot respect boundaries. Salary:

Negotiable depending on experience 

 

Your rights:

Working for us, and in addition to national domestic labor rights listed in your contract by Saudi law. Expect to have half of Sundays off. A day off each month for personal errands. A stipend in addition to your salary depending on your performance each year (near Christmas), and as bonus during holidays (Eid...etc.). You will have your own room but might share it in the future with another colleague. The room is spacious and so is the bathroom.

 

Your responsibilities:

Primary:

• Ensure that the house is clean and tidy 
• Laundry and ironing 
• Dishes
• Keep an organized kitchen, living space, and closets
• Manage dry cleaning and grocery lists and inventory (book keeping)
•  Prepare supper (1 meal daily)
• Assist employer with tasks and chores (groceries, cooking, cleaning...etc)
• Keeping your accommodation clean and maintained 
• Maintain family privacy 

Secondary:

• We dont have kids but may soon and you are expected to help with care and babysitting occasionally. 
• We are handson people so so much of what you will be doing in this capacity is a supporting role.
