Domestic Helper - Family with 2 kids

We are a family of 4 (Husband, Wife, Daughter 14 yrs old, and Son 10 yrs old) seeking for a housemaid that will support in the following:

1- Cleaning, kitchen work, washing, and ironing. (Daily task)

2- Cooking and supporting the madam in daily cooking. (Daily task)

3- Cleaning windows in and out on set frequency with the madam along with house yeard. (Frequency to be assigned)

4- Taking care of the house, ensuring monitoring inventory of food and stationary, and inforing house owners of need for refills. (Daily task)

5- Taking care of pets inside house in terms of putk g food, petting, bath, nail clip, etc. we have friendly cat and a dog inside the house. 

6- Taking care of children during adult absence from home including preparing school lunch box, waking up children, and preparing their school needs (each morning).

Our house is a compact villa comsisting of 3 stories including, 1 saloon, 2 living area, 1 kitchen, laundry room, 1 master bedroom, 5 small bedrooms, and 7 small bathrooms. Our house includes a special room for the maid to sleep in with its own bathroom. 

Most importantly for any candidate applying to:

1- Be positive, polite, and kind attitude!

2- Have fluent or above average English command (spoken and understanding)3- Honesty is one of thd best traits to have!

4- Eagerness to develop and have long tenur working with us with no too much complains!

Salary will be SAR 1500 (equivalent to 400 USD) on monthly basis. And will be raised every 2 years 100 SAR (or maybe more depending on attitude and energy).
