Experienced & Professional Nanny, Housekeeper

We are looking for a professional, experienced, and MATURE nanny for long term hire. If you are not experienced, please don’t contact me. Filipina preferred. Only people who can prove work history and real references will be considered. If you don't have references, please don't apply. Responsibilities are supporting mother, housekeeping and looking after young child some afternoons. Quick and common sense in safety with child is a must. Someone who is independent and is highly detailed about child’s safety, can be smart and thoughtful about child’s needs and wants & helping mother. Someone who Is able to follow routine and scheduling. Engage, play, read, and know how to play with child - proactive in play. Genuinely loves children. Must physically fit & be able to run after child without health issues. No severe health conditions & disabilities please. Good hearing & good eye sight. Some simple child food preparation. For adults is a plus too. All household cleaning, home management, daily kitchen, daily moping, strong attention to correct laundry without mistakes, ironing. If you are a good cook, this is a plus; but not mandatory. We are looking for someone long term and who can fit into our family. Visa or visa transfer required. Someone who is respectful is a must and a mature attitude. Must be able to take direction well. No severe & imbalanced emotions please. Must be able to communicate well with good English.
