Family Looking for a nany

We are two adults and a small dog (frenchbulldog). We have a baby on the way which will be born late August inshala and are seeking a nany with baby care experience to help us. 

We have another filipino maid who will be generally responsible for the house and pet. 

The nany will be expected to help the existing houseworker also. 

The maid's room is spacious with separate beds, closets and toilet area. 

The house is a two floor apartment. 

My wife is Italian and the nany must be able to speak and write in English.
