Family looking for an honest, kind, hard worker

We are a family of 2 adults and 1 kid that is 14 months old. My husband and I are both hard workers, and we are looking for an honest, respectful, and proactive worker that can communicate clearly to help effectively manage the household work. She should be able to take care of child and nurture his development, and also be clean, organized, and cook healthy meals by following recipes (and some baking) 

You will also be accompanied by another helper in our home and will share a room. We are a very a respectful family, appreciate hard work (since we are too). We will ensure you are always taken care of, and expect the same in return. We are looking for someone that is willing to join our family and spend a long time with us. 

 We have two dogs that are very gentle, don't bite, and are very small.
