Family looking for a Caring Helper

We are a family of 2 adults and 1 kid and another baby on the way. My husband and I are both hard workers, and we are looking for an honest, respectful, and proactive worker that can communicate clearly to help effectively manage the household work. She should be able to take care of the house and child and nurture his development, and also be clean, organized, and cook healthy meals by following recipes (and some baking) You will also be accompanied by another helper in our home and will share a room. You will both be responsible for cleaning and taking care of the house and children. We are a very a respectful family, appreciate hard work (since we are too). We will ensure you are always taken care of, and expect the same in return. We are looking for someone that is willing to join our family and spend a long time with us.
