Required: A highly dependable helper who can transfer Iqama

Looking for a helper whose sponsor agrees to transfer, please let me know the required transfer fees and confirm the approval for transfer.

I have 2 kids, 7 and 9 years old (boy and girl) I have a day job. My husband and I come back late so I need someone I can depend on to be with the children while we are away. 

We need someone to do housekeeping chores and handle cooking, watch the kids while we are away. For the younger boy, help with bath after school.

I have a small house 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms
I sometimes travel for work so also need someone I can depend on 100%.

For the salary, I am willing to give 2000 SAR after a 2 month evaluation. We will start with 1800 SAR for the first 2 months then increase to 2000 SAR on the third month. We will have this written in the contract for documentation. Please understand I need to evaluate the performance before giving an increased amount for salary.
