Looking for a motherly, smart, committed helper

Hello dear, I'm looking for a motherly loving, smart, polite helper skilled in time management and organizing, to work with us in our house in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are a family of 5 members, a mother, a father and 3 polite kids (a 4 years old girl, and 8 years old twins boys). We respect the helper who is gonna live with us as a sister, we consider her as a second mother to our children. We are looking for a helper who has college education, and with at least 4 years of work experience. We would like someone warm, friendly and kind to help with day-to-day tasks like children care, tutoring, cooking and housekeeping with flexibility - priority is looking after our children, train them to be good manner and disciplined, help them clean themselves and dress well for school. 
We are a hardworking practical family who go to our jobs everyday and then go to the gym, so we need your help to assist us in things related to our house, and focusing on our kids to assure keeping them healthy and safe and teach them good morals. We offer a raise every renewal, and we consider ourselves as your second family who cares about you!
