Job Summary

We are excited to welcome a dedicated and trustworthy Domestic Helper to our household. Your role will be vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-managed home environment. The ideal candidate will carry out daily housekeeping duties, organize household spaces, manage appointments, and purchase necessary supplies. We seek an individual who upholds high standards of cleanliness and possesses strong time management skills, along with a commitment to discretion.

Key Responsibilities 1) Housekeeping & Cleaning
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and corridors.
  • Regularly sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces.
  • Wash dishes and ensure kitchen areas remain clean and hygienic.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
  • Properly dispose of trash and uphold cleanliness of bins.
  • Perform deep cleaning as required, on a weekly or monthly basis.
2) Laundry & Ironing
  • Wash, dry, fold, and neatly arrange clothes and linens.
  • Iron clothing, uniforms, and various household fabrics.
  • Keep wardrobes and storage spaces tidy and organized.
  • Handle delicate fabrics with care, following specific instructions.
3) Home Organization
  • Maintain a tidy and well-organized home at all times.
  • Arrange furniture, closets, cabinets, and storage areas harmoniously.
  • Organize pantry, refrigerator, and household items for easy access.
  • Assist in seasonal organization, including wardrobe changes and storing items.
4) Appointment & Schedule Management
  • Manage household schedules and reminders, including maintenance visits, deliveries, and family appointments.
  • Book and confirm various appointments, such as doctor visits and home service providers.
  • Maintain an easy-to-read calendar system and keep the employer updated.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely service.
5) Purchasing & Restocking Supplies
  • Monitor household inventory, including cleaning products, groceries, and toiletries.
  • Purchase necessary household supplies with prior approval.
  • Ensure essential items are always available, preventing shortages.
  • Keep receipts and report expenses as requested.
6) Additional Support
  • Prepare simple meals or assist with meal preparation as necessary.
  • Professionally welcome guests and maintain a home ready for visitors.
  • Report any repairs, damages, or safety issues promptly.
  • Follow the employer’s instructions and household preferences with care.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or home management is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning methods and products with safe usage practices.
  • Able to efficiently organize and manage multiple household tasks.
