We are looking for a caring, experienced, and highly responsible nanny to care for our seven-month-old child full time. We seek someone who truly enjoys caring for children, treats them with kindness and affection, and becomes an essential part of their daily routine and growth.
Main Responsibilities
Child Care
Provide loving and attentive care at all times.
Exhibit patience, kindness, fun, and affection with the child.
Ensure the child's safety and comfort throughout the day.
Soothing and interacting with the child during their awake time.
Growth and Activities
Support developmentally appropriate milestones for the child's age.
Engage the child in educational and sensory activities.
Read books, sing songs, encourage the child to tummy time, crawl, sit up, and other developmental exercises.
Limit the child's exposure to screens and focus on interactive play.
Nutrition
Prepare all bottles and meals according to parents' instructions.
Ensure understanding of appropriate nutrition for infants.
Know suitable foods and foods to avoid.
Encourage your child to finish meals patiently without forcing.
Follow your child's feeding schedule strictly.
Sterilize bottles and feeding utensils.
Sleep Routine
Follow your child's nap schedule and bedtime regularly.
Create a quiet sleep environment.
Monitor the quality of your child's sleep and report any issues.
Personal Hygiene and Organization of Child's Belongings
Bathtub your child as needed.
Change diapers promptly and maintain personal hygiene.
Wash, fold, and organize your child's clothes.
Keep your child's room clean, neat, and organized.
Regularly clean and sanitize toys, bottles, feeding equipment, and child supplies.
Maintain cleanliness of the high chair, stroller, play area, and all child-related items.
Observation and Communication
Monitor any changes in your child's appetite, sleep, mood, bowel movements, skin, or overall health.
Inform parents immediately of any concerns.
Follow all parents' instructions diligently and consistently.
Household Assistance
During the child's nap or free time, provide light household assistance, such as:
Organizing common areas.
Loading or unloading the dishwasher.
Light cleaning.
Washing and folding laundry as needed.
Assisting in maintaining organization in the household.
Requirements
Previous experience in infant care.
Knowledge of infant nutrition, hygiene, sleep routines, and growth stages.
Warm, patient, active, and trustworthy personality.
Organized, clean, and detail-oriented.
Able to consistently follow routines and instructions.
Proactive and attentive to the child's needs.
Non-smoker.
Fluent in English.
