Nanny for baby

We are looking for a loving, experienced, and highly responsible nanny to provide full-time care for our 7-month-old baby boy. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for babies, treats them with kindness and affection, and becomes an important part of his daily routine and development.

Main Responsibilities

Baby Care

• Provide attentive, loving, and nurturing care at all times.
• Be patient, gentle, playful, and affectionate with the baby.
• Ensure the baby’s safety and well-being throughout the day.
• Comfort, soothe, and engage with the baby during wake windows.

Development & Activities

• Support age-appropriate developmental milestones.
• Engage the baby with educational and sensory activities.
• Read books, sing songs, encourage tummy time, crawling, sitting, and other developmental exercises.
• Limit passive screen exposure and prioritize interactive play.

Feeding & Nutrition

• Prepare all bottles and meals according to the parents’ instructions.
• Have a good understanding of age-appropriate nutrition for infants.
• Know which foods are suitable and which foods should be avoided.
• Encourage the baby to finish his meals patiently without forcing him.
• Follow the baby’s feeding schedule accurately.
• Sterilize bottles and feeding equipment.

Sleep Routine

• Follow the baby’s nap and bedtime schedule consistently.
• Create a calm sleep environment.
• Monitor sleep quality and report any concerns.

Hygiene & Baby Organization

• Bathe the baby when required.
• Change diapers promptly and maintain proper hygiene.
• Wash, fold, and organize the baby’s clothes.
• Keep the baby’s room clean, tidy, and organized.
• Clean and sanitize toys, bottles, feeding accessories, and baby equipment regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the baby’s high chair, stroller, play area, and all baby-related items.

Observation & Communication

• Observe changes in appetite, sleep, mood, bowel movements, skin, or overall health.
• Inform parents immediately of any concerns.
• Follow all instructions given by the parents carefully and consistently.

Household Support

• During the baby’s naps or free time, provide light household assistance such as:
• Tidying common areas.
• Loading or unloading the dishwasher.
• Light cleaning.
• Laundry and folding when needed.
• Helping keep the home organized.

Requirements

• Previous experience caring for infants.
• Knowledge of infant feeding, hygiene, sleep routines, and developmental milestones.
• Warm, patient, energetic, and trustworthy personality.
• Organized, clean, and detail-oriented.
• Able to follow routines and instructions consistently.
• Proactive and attentive to the baby’s needs.
• Non-smoker.
• Basic First Aid or Infant CPR certification is highly preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
