Nice and Good House work

I want a helper who is good in  taking of 2 kid’s.Sometimes help my mother in law.She’s is still able and in good health but she need assistant to do something in her house.My future helper we will treat her as a member of our family.She will work at 8 hrs ..If she’s kind and do her work nicely we will be nice to her too.
