Seeking a trustworthy, discreet, highly organized, and proactive Personal Butler / Household Assistant to support a professional woman in managing her home, personal organization, and travel preparations.

This is a long-term position for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys creating a well-organized, comfortable, and beautifully maintained living environment.

The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and able to anticipate needs without constant supervision. This role does not involve childcare responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the home to a consistently high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Housekeeping, laundry, ironing, folding, and wardrobe care.
  • Organize closets, storage areas, cupboards, and personal belongings.
  • Pack and unpack luggage for frequent travel.
  • Prepare clothing, accessories, and personal items for trips.
  • Grocery shopping and household errands as required.
  • Basic meal preparation and simple cooking.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries and household coordination.
  • Ensure the home is always guest-ready and well presented.
  • Occasionally provide assistance and companionship to an elderly mother during visits.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in hotels, private households, VIP residences, or hospitality environments.
  • Experience in housekeeping, butler services, personal assistance, or household management.
  • Background in 4-star or 5-star hotel housekeeping is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and travel requirements.
  • Professional, discreet, and respectful of privacy and confidentiality.
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional standards.
