Private Villa Hospitality Assistant

Core Responsibilities

1. Guest HospitalityYour primary focus will always be the guest experience. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Preparing the villa thoroughly before guests arrive.
• Proactively offering beverages and refreshments.
• Serving drinks throughout gatherings.
• Anticipating and addressing guests' needs without prompting.
• Maintaining clean and organized tables throughout events.
• Discreetly refilling snacks and beverages.
• Serving meals and refreshments in an orderly manner.
• Clearing plates, glasses, and serving items promptly.
• Exuding professionalism and maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
• Providing support during late-night gatherings until all guests have departed.

2. Bartending & Beverage ServiceYou will be responsible for the operation of the private bar, including:

• Preparing cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and attractive presentation of the bar.
• Polishing and organizing glassware.
• Delivering drinks consistently and to high standards.
• Monitoring stock levels of beverages and supplies.
• Recommending replenishment when inventory runs low.

3. Food Preparation & Service (a plus)Your culinary contributions will include:

• Preparing Middle Eastern dishes and other international cuisines.
• Cooking BBQs and grilled meals.
• Making appetizers and light meals.
• Prepping side dishes and snacks.
• Assisting with food plating and presentation.
• Keeping the kitchen organized during events.
• Maintaining high food hygiene standards.

4. Housekeeping & CleaningYou will uphold the villa’s cleanliness to the highest standards. Responsibilities include maintaining both indoor and outdoor areas such as:

After each gathering, you will ensure:

• All guest areas are deep cleaned.
• Glassware is washed and properly stored.
• The kitchen is thoroughly cleaned.
• Rubbish is removed.
• The furniture is returned to its standard setup.

5. Villa ReadinessYour goal will be to ensure the villa is always ready for immediate use. Daily tasks include:

• Ensuring that air-conditioning is functioning.
• Checking that lighting is operational.
• Having the music system ready.
• Keeping the kitchen adequately stocked.
• Supplying the bathrooms with necessary items.
• Preparing the coffee station.
• Ensuring ice availability.
• Organizing the bar.

6. Inventory ManagementYou will be responsible for tracking all consumables, including:

Food, Supplies (eg. Disposables, tissues, etc..), Equipments (e.g glasses, etc..)

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring inventory levels.
• Notifying management before shortages occur.
• Preparing shopping lists.
• Organizing storage areas.
• Rotating stock efficiently.

7. Basic Property MaintenanceIdentifying and reporting maintenance issues is essential. Examples of tasks include:

• Fixing lighting issues
• Addressing plumbing leaks
• Resolving AC problems
• Repairing furniture damage
• Handling appliance concerns
• Observing garden conditions

8. Security & ResponsibilityYou will be entrusted with the security of the villa, including:

• Opening and securing the villa.
• Locking doors before departure.
• Ensuring electrical equipment is switched off when appropriate.
• Safeguarding valuable equipment.
• Receiving deliveries.
• Maintaining confidentiality about guests and their activities.

Languages:

• English (required)
• Arabic (preferred)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Bartending experience.
• Experience in hotel or restaurant settings.
• BBQ knowledge.
• Coffee preparation expertise.
• A valid driving license.
• Basic maintenance skills.
• First Aid knowledge.
