We are seeking an experienced, professional, and dedicated Caretaker to become a trusted member of our household and take primary responsibility for the care and early development of our toddler son. Role Overview

This is a full-time, live-in position. The successful candidate will serve as the primary caregiver for our toddler and will play a central, meaningful role in his daily routine, wellbeing, safety, and developmental milestones. We are looking for a true professional — someone who approaches childcare as a skilled vocation and takes pride in nurturing a child's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Child Care and Early Development:

• Provide attentive, nurturing, and age-appropriate care for our toddler at all times
• Design and maintain consistent daily routines covering feeding, napping, bathing, play, and rest
• Plan and implement stimulating, developmentally appropriate activities — including sensory play, reading, music, creative arts, and outdoor exploration
• Actively support early language acquisition, fine and gross motor skill development, and social-emotional growth
• Monitor the child's health, mood, appetite, and behaviour and report any changes or concerns to the parents promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, stimulating, and organised play and sleep environment at all times
• Accompany the child on outings, appointments, and family travel as required

Meal Preparation and Nutrition:

• Prepare healthy, balanced, and age-appropriate meals and snacks for the child
• Introduce new foods thoughtfully and track any dietary preferences, allergies, or sensitivities
• Sterilise feeding equipment and maintain hygiene standards in all food preparation

Household Support (Child-Related):

• Keep the child's bedroom, play areas, and clothing areas tidy and organised
• Launder and care for the child's clothing and bedding
• Light housekeeping duties directly related to the child's areas

Communication and Reporting:

• Provide daily verbal updates to parents on the child's activities, developmental progress, mood, and appetite
• Maintain a simple daily log to track routines, observations, and any notable moments
• Communicate openly, proactively, and professionally with the family at all times
• Participate in regular check-ins with the family to align on routines, expectations, and the child's development

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable, hands-on experience caring for infants and/or toddlers
• Strong reference letters from at least one previous employer highly preferred
• Genuine passion for early childhood care and child development
• Patient, emotionally mature, physically active, and nurturing by nature
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable with a strong sense of professionalism
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred; English proficiency required
• Filipino nationality preferred
• Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region is a strong advantage
• First Aid and/or CPR certification is a significant advantage
• Non-smoker
