We Are Hiring: Domestic Helper

We are in search of a dedicated and professional Domestic Helper to provide exceptional support within a private residence. If you are experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining a beautiful and organized home, we invite you to join our caring team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care & Daily Assistance:
  • Prepare and serve meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages, tailored to the principals' preferences.
  • Ensure meals are presented beautifully and served in a timely manner.
  • Assist with daily routines, proactively anticipating needs and providing support throughout the day.
  • Prepare refreshments as required and remind the principals of scheduled medications, ensuring availability at the right time.
• Housekeeping:
  • Maintain the principals' bedroom, bathroom, dressing areas, and personal living spaces to the highest standards.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
  • Ensure all areas are tidy, organized, and ready for guests at all times.
  • Manage laundry tasks including changing linens and replenishing household essentials.
• Laundry & Wardrobe Care:
  • Wash, iron, steam, fold, and organize clothing with careful attention to fabric requirements.
  • Handle luxury garments, handbags, shoes, and accessories with appropriate care.
  • Maintain an organized wardrobe, ensuring clothing is well-cared-for and in excellent condition.
• Organization:
  • Organize personal belongings and return them to designated places promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in closets, drawers, bathrooms, and storage areas.
  • Monitor household supplies and report items needing replenishment in a timely manner.
• Hospitality & Service:
  • Provide professional food and beverage service, adhering to household standards.
  • Assist with preparing the home for guests and restoring it afterward.

Professional Standards:

• Communicate effectively in English and any additional languages such as Arabic, Filipino, Chinese, French, Italian, Japanese, Thai, or Singaporean are an asset.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all household matters, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and respect.
• Follow established household procedures with precision, working efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain excellent personal hygiene and a neat, professional appearance.
• Be punctual, reliable, and flexible, able to adapt to changing daily schedules.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a private household, VIP residence, or luxury home is preferred.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrated organizational and housekeeping skills.
• Knowledge of professional cleaning methods and proper care for delicate and luxury household items.
• Experience in cooking a wide variety of cuisines, including vegetarian, Asian, Western, and baking, is desirable.
