Saudi Family looking for a helper

We are family of three, husband, wife, and 7 yrs old girl. We live with our family in their big  house. One floor is dedicated to us. My husband and myself are highly educated, both of us have full time jobs and athletes. 
We look for a helper who we can trust over our home in our absence, take care of our daughter, take her to swimming sessions, take her and drop her to school. We would love to have someone who is passionate about healthier cooking habits. Of course be responsible of cleaning, washing, ironing, preparing food/ cooking,,, etc

Due to our long working hours, I want to have someone who likes to take initiative, don’t wait for orders, do her chores at best, flexible, and most importantly highly ethical person

We are very good household and for sure we want someone who we can treat as family member and they treat our home as theirs.
