Saudi Family Looking for a New Member to help!

We are a kind, respectful, and welcoming Saudi family looking for a trustworthy, caring, and warm-hearted helper to become an important part of our home.

Our children are mostly school-aged and relatively independent. However, our youngest child is 4 years old and requires more attention, patience, engagement, and support throughout the day.

This is not a nanny-only position. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children, enjoys spending time with them, and is also capable of maintaining a clean, organized, and well-kept home through daily housekeeping duties.

Fluent English communication is essential for this role. Our children primarily communicate in English, so the candidate must be comfortable speaking, understanding, and interacting with children in English on a daily basis. Candidates who are unable to communicate confidently in English will not be considered.

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves children and enjoys interacting with them
• Is patient, caring, and attentive, especially with younger children
• Can positively guide and support children in their daily routines and activities
• Communicates fluently in English
• Is responsible, honest, and trustworthy
• Is clean, organized, and detail-oriented
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization

Main responsibilities include:

• Caring for and engaging with the children, especially our youngest child
• Creating a positive, calm, and supportive home environment
• Assisting with children’s daily routines and activities
• Daily housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness throughout the home
• Organizing household spaces and keeping them neat and tidy
• Helping ensure the home remains clean, organized, and comfortable at all times
• Supporting general household tasks as needed

Please note that cooking is not part of this role. We have another helper who is responsible for cooking, meal preparation, and most kitchen-related duties.

The primary focus of this position is childcare, housekeeping, organization, and maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-managed home environment.

We treat our helper with respect, kindness, and fairness and consider her an important part of our household. We are looking for someone who is seeking a stable, long-term position with a supportive family and who genuinely enjoys caring for children and maintaining a beautiful home.
