Saudi family looking for helper

My name is Majed and I am a doctor as well as my wife. We have 4 kids and all boys. The youngest is 7 month old and the oldest is 10 years old. The youngest is 7 month old and the oldest is 10 years old. We are looking for someone who can help in housekeeping, washing, ironing, and sometimes clocking, tuturing, car washing.
