Trustworthy baby caregiver

We're looking for a trustworthy person who will primarily look after our baby. Doing all their overnight sleeps and naps. This will shift as the baby gets older and wakes less - mum will swap in. We're a young family who is very respectful and wanting someone to join us living in a compound. We have a 3yr old as well but he's looked after by mum. Other duties include some domestics.
