Western Family looking for a house maid

We are a kind and respectful Christian family of five (We are in our 30s with three children under the age of 8) who recently relocated from the UK. We are seeking a proactive, trustworthy, and organized individual to help manage our household. The ideal candidate will not just follow instructions but will take initiative to ensure the home remains hygienic, the family is well-fed, and the daily routine runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Morning Routine: Preparing a healthy breakfast and packing school lunches for three children to ensure a stress-free start to the day.
• Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the 4 bed home. This includes cleaning, laundry, ironing, and general tidying.
• Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious and tasty dinners ( we love variety of cuisines) for the family and assisting with grocery lists. A house driver is available for all shopping trips.
• Gardening Support: Assisting with few indoor and few outdoor plants maintenance and light outdoor upkeep. (Not a big space)
• Childcare Assistance: Providing occasional supervision and care for the children (ages 8, 6, and 3) when parents are out or busy.
• Errands: Working with the house driver to manage household supplies and grocery runs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Faith-Based Alignment: Must be a practicing Christian who is comfortable supporting a household raised with strong Christian values.
• Proactive Mindset: Someone who notices what needs to be done without being asked and takes pride in a well-run home.
• Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping and cooking for families. Experience with young children is a must.
• Character: Kind, polite, and respectful. We treat our staff with high regard and expect the same level of professional respect in return.
• Language: Fluent in English (to assist with children’s needs and school-related tasks).
• Cooking: Salads, Asian, India preferred.
