All-Around Helper, mostly for Cooking & Household Management

We are a warm, active family in Riyadh with four children ranging from a baby to a teenager (14 years old). The mother is American, the father is Saudi, and the children attend school or daycare during the day. The mother is closely involved in their care and overall household management. We employ two full-time helpers, with responsibilities shared across the household.

The main duties of this role will be cooking, meal planning, tracking pantry and grocery inventory, and coordinating with the mother about family schedules. Additional responsibilities include maintaining home organization, supporting with cleaning and ironing, and providing part-time childcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen & Food Tasks: Plan weekly menus and grocery lists, track pantry inventory and expiry dates, prepare meals (with initial guidance), follow recipes accurately, and handle raw meat with proper food safety practices.

• Housekeeping: Keep the home tidy and organized, assist with cleaning duties as needed, and take care of ironing.

• Family Coordination: Work closely with the mother on weekly schedules, meal plans, and household routines.

• Childcare: Help with after-school care, snacks, homework, and hygiene; accompany the children to extracurricular activities (with a driver); and occasionally babysit in the evening.

Work Conditions & Benefits

• Salary: 2,000 to 2,500 SAR per month

• Workdays up to 12 hours including breaks

• One day off per week
