American family looking for a helper

We are looking for a helper to join our family. We needs someone who is cheerful and is comfortable with small kids, can cook, manage a household, clean, iron, etc. We are American/Singaporean couple living in Tanjong Pagar here in Singapore. We do have a 10th-month-old. Primary care for the kid will be given by my wife and the expectation is that the helper will assist as needed. We do look for someone who likes kids and it is gentle and loving. Cooking and cleaning will be the main responsibilities. We do expect that the helper will eat out food. Our family is health conscious and the food will be quite clean/healthy in general. We are looking for someone with experience (8+ years), good English, independent and willing to learn new cooking. Reference from the previous employer will be needed. 

One day off a week, all PH off, and competitive pay for the right candidate.
