Canadian family looking for second helper

Experience in a restaurant or culinary school would be ideal. - Overall, we are at a point where we have more work than 1 helper can manage, but likely shy of a full workload for 2 helpers. Our second helper will need to be a self-starter, interested in making and trying new recipes, and proactively clean and organize. - Unfortunately, we are unable to give public holidays off, as our calendars do not follow the Singapore public holiday schedule. - We do travel quite a bit, and generally go back to Canada for 1-3 months per year- Prefer Indonesian, but open to the Philippines (we want a hard worker, no drama, no attitude)- Generally, I believe in giving raises for performance within my household - not for switching jobs
