American / Singaporean family looking for helper

We are looking for an experienced helper to look after and provide support to our kind-natured 2.5 year old toddler, manage cooking and meal-planning, and undertake general housekeeping responsibilities. Strong English communication skills are a must, and proactive planning skills would be greatly appreciated as both parents will be working. 

Gentle parenting techniques, managing screen time, spending quality time engaging the toddler, reading, and cooking healthy meals are important priorities for us. 

Willingness to work with another helper, who will spend most of her time looking after our newborn baby.
