Additional information/requirements : We are looking for a helper who can become part of the family. We will treat her kindly, fairly and respectfully but would appreciate the same mindset from her. No bringing people over when we are away, be responsible on days off, no sending pics of home or baby to others, etc.
keeping house very clean - wife and I are very neat and clean. Must be thorough and no short cuts. Eg. Separate cleaning materials for different parts of the house and baby play area.
