We will treat her kindly, fairly and respectfully but would appreciate the same mindset from her. No bringing people over when we are away, be responsible on days off, no sending pics of home or baby to others, etc.keeping house very clean - wife and I are very neat and clean. Must be thorough and no short cuts. Eg. Separate cleaning materials for different parts of the house and baby play area.- prefer someone who has worked with local family. Not saying expat experience is an issue - but we don’t want to deal with any attitude. - ⁠PH - negotiable on case by case basis. I’m happy to give it off but we can discuss each time. But basically, we are definitely more reasonable than most and will give PH off when possible (but prefer to discuss on case by case) - unless we really like them and this is a contract breaker then we discuss. - ⁠needs to have good hygiene and clean DILIGENTLY - cannot be lazy with this and its non negotiable . When you use bathroom, go out of the house, clean the house - always need to wash hands with soap after. We have a baby and personal hygiene + cleanliness of living space is of utmost importance. - ⁠person must be willing to learn and take feedback in a positive stride. - ⁠we would like to speak to reference / previous employer if we need any clarity before hiring
