American wife and Korean husband looking for a helper

Hi,

We are looking for someone who can take care of the household chores and a newborn baby who is expected to be born in early December. Start date is flexible as long as it is before mid-November (you could start any day).

We have two requirements for you:

1. Speak English well enough so that we can communicate smoothly in most cases.

2. Have experience with taking care of a newborn baby for at least a year.

3. Have a reference letter from current employer with his/her contact.

We live in a 960 sqft condo with two bedrooms but we may upsize by mid next year to a three-bedroom place when our current rental contract ends. We do not have a pet, car, or elderly. You will have a small room as your private space for now, but we will need to you sometimes stay with the baby in one of the bedrooms.
