Australian British family looking for happy helper

We are an active Australian / British family with 3 boys 10, 8, 6 plus a 9 month old puppy. We live in a black and white, surrounded by nature on a quiet road with a lovely community. The boys are very fun, energetic and sporty. They are loving & kind but can also be normal fighting, rough and tumble boys! My husband travels occasionally for work. As a family we travel multiple times during the year. I don’t work but keep busy with my own exercise and family admin/ errands. I’m also very hands on with the kids and I do the grocery shopping. Essentially we need someone to keep on top of the domestic duties (cleaning / laundry), help with outdoor garden jobs, walk the dog some days and prepare weekday evening meals / healthy baking. Days are quiet but afternoons & evening are very busy and some days I need help taking the boys to and from school / activities. Saturday mornings are also busy with sport. Sometimes we host bbqs on the weekend. Occasional evening babysitting is required and looking after the house and dog when we travel. We always give Sundays and public holidays off and are open to extra time if you need (For example our current helper swims in a group once a week and sometimes takes a Friday or Saturday evening off if we are home or out with the children). We are looking for a helper who is friendly, fun with the kids and can keep on top of the chores without being reminded. Must be trust worth with great references.
