Australian/British Loving Family Looking for a Helper

A little bit about us. We are an Australian / British family and we have been in Singapore for 5+ years. 

Our Home:

2 Adults (Working Full-Time, we someties work from home)

3 kids - 6 year old,3 year old, 22 Month old  We are hands on parents. 

The eldest two go to school Monday to Friday.  22 month old will start day care soon (around March 2025 . Right now she is at home but Grandma helps with her)

We live in a 4 bed condo + Helper room and own bathroom 

We believe in respect and kindness. This is key for us. Safety of our children is our number one priority. We would like someone who genuinely loves kids, plays, reads and sings with them. We do not believe in shouting at the kids. We also believe in respecting you as a member of the family.

As a family we eat everything. We enjoy food from around the world, Italian, Japanese, Indian, Mexican, Spanish etc. We need someone who enjoys cooking and is open to trying new recipes. As part of this role, you will need to be able to cook dinner and sometimes lunch. 

We travel to Australia often and would ask our helper to come with us. We may have other countries that we will ask this helper to come with us too.  

I need someone who has initiative and can manage the groceries, thinking ahead around what to cook, when to clean( I don’t want to micromanage but can always help provide a schedule if needed). Someone who can read clothing labels and cleaning products to know what and when to use things.

• Ability to drop children to school by walking with a pram
• Trustworthy and takes accountability if there is a mistake.
• Someone who can go on play dates with the kids independently
• Ability to use Grab app, and other apps like banking apps, can use the bus and MRT around Singapore
• Someone who wants to be part of our loving family
• They will have their own room and bathroom
• Your days will start at 6am and usually finish by 8pm (with a break in the middle)

We will only consider candidates with a reference (we will need to speak to the previous employer) and those based in Singapore.
