Australian Family looking for Helper

We are a busy, working Australian family with two young children (ages 3 and 5), living in River Valley. Both parents work in demanding roles, so we value a calm, organised, and reliable home environment.

Our daughter (3) is very attached to mum, especially at bedtime, and can get upset if routines change. Our son (5) is more independent but still needs structure, consistency and engagement.

We are looking for someone who is patient with children, emotionally calm, and able to follow routines closely. The home needs to run smoothly, so being able to follow instructions, work independently, remember processes, and take initiative within clear boundaries is important.
