Australian-Singaporean family looking for helper to join

I'm Singaporean, my husband is Australian and we have 9yo twins and a small dog.

I'm looking for someone who is comfortable in Singapore (knows how to take public transport well, knows how to order a grab / gojek etc), independent, likes to take charge of the household and can manage the kids. Need to be fairly strong in English and have the ability to cook.

My current helper has been with me about 10 years. She runs my household for me. Very independent - she decides a lot of things in the house. So I'm looking for someone who is confident in stepping up to the same role.

Looking for Filipino, aged 30 - 42, good with children and have been with the same employer at least 2 contracts.
