Taking care of dementia patient

Looking for a kind, patient, honest and responsible helper to take care of my father. He is bedbound, has dementia , and also has lung, urine, and swallowing challenges. Help him do exercises while on the bed. prepare puree food and feeding. give medicine and help him drink thickener water, change diapers, clean after toilet, and help with showering, check and do night duty: Take turns with another helper cum caregiver to care for him at night. We will give enough rest and good food every day. Has experience in elderly care or sick patient care. Is hygiene conscious, honest, hardworking, kind and willing to strive towards a harmonious relationship in the family and have love and compassion for my dad. Thank you!
