British family looking for a team player

We are looking for a reliable, proactive helper who takes pride in cleaning and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent cleaning skills and the ability to manage a large two-storey condo (4 bedrooms)

• Take ownership of the cleaning schedule alongside other weekly duties

• Keep the home organised, tidy, and well-maintained, with a proactive mindset and helpful suggestions

• Cooking meals efficiently — able to follow recipes (we will guide initially)

Cooking Preferences:

• Confident cook, especially Asian cuisine (we particularly enjoy Indonesian and healthy Asian food)

• Ability to prepare Western and Middle Eastern dishes is a plus

• Baking and healthy kids food preparation experience is a plus

Family Support:

• Good with children — we have two lovely kids (20 months and 4.5 years, both in full-time school)

About You:

• Highly organised and efficient; able to manage time independently (no micromanaging)

• Strong attention to detail and good listener

• Cheerful, positive attitude with good common sense

• Drama-free, reliable, and not a time-waster

• Astute to safety in home with young children (no irons left on, knives unattended etc.)

• Good communication skills
