British family looking for Helper

Requirements: 1) Looking after my daughter – she takes the school bus everyday at 7am and comes back around 3.30pm. I will get her ready for the school bus and eat breakfast with her – your job is preparing school bag and snacks. After school I would like someone sociable that can take her to the playground and meet her friends – ideally organise play dates at our place or go to others. I sometimes travel and then you will be responsible for getting her ready and putting her to bed. Other times she is with her mother. 2) Cooking – we would like an experienced cook and someone who is able to learn new recipes. 3) Walk and feed the dog – Azzy is a very small sausage dog who requires a short walk once a day. 4) Be proactive – In the day Alex is at school and I am at work – we would like the house to be organised. We would like you to give your ideas and thoughts and make our house better. 5) Riding a bike is a plus as allows you to get to the shops quickly. You will have: 1) Your own room and own toilet and shower – not a bomb shelter and very private for you. We value each other’s privacy. 2) A good salary depending on experience. 3) Freedom – we want you to be a true part of the family. You can eat any food / we buy special food for you and organise a lot of your own time. 4) 2-4 days off a month. To be discussed. 5) Annual leave and flights. Maybe more if we go on holiday.
