British family looking for helper

We are a British family of 5 (kids ages in years - 1, 3,6). We seek a kind and cheerful helper. I am primary caregiver to baby and stay home, the other kids are in school. I am very hands on with the kids.

We need someone who is a very good cook and enjoys cooking international food, a house manager - keep on top of household chores etc and likes kids (experience with young kids necessary). We need someone who can multi-task and be dynamic as we are a busy and active household.

We are kind and respectable employers and our previous helper has been with us for 5 years.

We are looking for someone who can stay and grow with our family.

Looking for serious candidate who has completed contracts, can transfer and that we can contact previous employer for references.
