British family looking for helper

My husband and I moved to Singapore 3 years ago from London. We are PR and have recently bought a condo in District 10 and are renovating so there will be a helper room with bed, storage, window, fan and complete privacy.

I am 35 and my husband is 42 and we have a small poodle dog that is 1 years old. We plan to have children in the next year. We currently live in D9 and our renovation is not finished until May 2027 however so would like someone to join us a little before so we can get familiar with you before we have children. You can stay in our spare bedroom until then (then you would have your own private room). START DATE FOR EMPLOYMENT IS APRIL 2027.

We are looking for someone to help us with cleaning (every day), walking to dog (every day) and grocery shopping primarily to begin with. Then eventually with a baby so experience with a newborn is important.

We love to cook (mainly Italian) so are able to train someone to cook with us so cooking skills are not mandatory - it can be taught over time!

What is extremely important is cleaning daily and grocery shopping a few times a week along with regular food prep. We also want a mandarin speaker and someone who has dealt with babies in the past (as we have not!). We plan to have a family in the next year or two.

Apart from that we are happy to give an additional $300 a month food + toiletry budget for your own things and you can have every Sunday off. Also we pay a discretionary bonus each year (performance based). We are quite easy going so as long as the condo is clean and daily tasks are done we are happy. We have a home gym if you want to exercise with us too!

Someone that is willing to stay in Singapore a long time is important, we want a long term helper who lives with us for many years and is happy and healthy.
