British Family with 3 Independent Kids Looking for a Helper

We are a British Indian family looking for an experienced helper to join our peace loving and respectful family anytime from now till end of Feb (date is flexible). We have 3 very independent kids (age 17, 16 and 9).

Please can you answer, YES / NO to the following questions before we speak:

1. - can you speak, read and understand English well?
2. - are you currently in Singapore?
3. - do you have minimum two completed contracts?
4. - do you have current or past employers reference(s)?
5. - can you cook very well?
6. - can you cook Western, Indian and Vegitarian food?
7. - are you happy to work independently, manage your own schedule?
8. - are you good at organising, and tidying spaces, cupboard, drawers etc?
9. - what's your current salary?
