British/Japanese family+newborn looking for helper

We are a family of 2 adults (British and Japanese) with a newborn baby, living in a condo. We are looking for a helper to support our household with cooking, cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping, as well as occasional assistance with the baby. We value someone who is proactive, responsible, and able to independently manage the home while maintaining a clean and organised environment.
